Confronting a Challenge

The main problem, he discovered, was a multi-faceted process with too many disparate pieces and few of them tied to each other. That meant time-consuming inefficiencies, unnecessary manual work, and duplication of efforts, simply because there was no integration. It was an easy fix for this technological expert; he put his enterprise software design expertise and web development background to work.
